Being an Alumnus of K11 School of Fitness Sciences, I have first hand experience with the programs they offer. I have completed the DPT program and am currently preparing for the PTSP exam along with completing their HPN course as well. I recommend this school to prospective students who want to gain knowledge of fitness sciences. The DPT is a solid foundation for anyone who wants a better understanding of how exercise science works.
K11 does an excellent job at teaching how the body actually functions with respect to exercise sciences along with busting many myths in the fitness industry. The PTSP course is just another level of education for anybody who is invested and passionate about fitness sciences. It gives students an edge in that their understanding of special populations in the gym environment becomes more deeper, hence making them more suitable to work with special individuals who wish to challenge their body’s functionality.
With regards to the physical school in Mumbai, it is very well managed, organised and maintained. Clean washrooms. Classrooms are equipped with air-conditioning. There is a pantry available and an open terrace for students to use for their breaks. Practicals take place in the “lab” on the ground floor that is equipped with all required equipment for learning the correct/ scientific methods – all trained by Master Trainers of the school.

Hello Fitizens, K11 School is the perfect school for anyone who wants to build a career in fitness. Starting from the beginning, the counsellor department was perfect in explaining the benefits of the course, and I chose the Diploma in Personal Trainer course. Initially, I was a bit nervous, but once the course started, everything went smoothly without any glitches.
Online classes are the best option for people with time issues who can’t travel to school. The faculty was top-notch—any question asked was answered thoroughly. Recorded lectures were also a great option for students needing to clear their doubts.
Last but not least, the practical sessions were among the best, breaking myths about outdated exercises and introducing scientific techniques with proper form. The master trainers, experienced and patient, helped us perfect each exercise.
The exam department was helpful as well, and the assessor conducting the practical exams concluded the session with precision, offering advice on areas for improvement.
After exams, the assessor guided me on future plans and nearby opportunities in the fitness industry, which was very helpful.

Hey Guys, my name is Vishnu. I hope my review helps any of you who are looking for a place to genuinely learn about the fitness industry and have a passion for working in it.
To the point – you will not experience the K11 teaching style anywhere else. The faculties are very knowledgeable, funny, and each has their unique style filled with passion. I think that fire in them is what makes it different.
No matter how many times you ask the same question, they are ready to answer you, no matter what. Since I was taking class while working, I used to miss the first 10-15 minutes or part of the session after breaks. Still, after every class, teachers gave me personal sessions or explained the missed parts whenever they got the chance.
The same goes for the practicals. Our master trainer, Avinash Chandra, was an incredible person. 100% respect to him. He really showed us what it means to be humble, calm, knowledgeable, and professional.
Even on days when some of us were not at our best, ‘Avinash sir’ handled everything with a smile and explained every doubt until we understood perfectly. Another thing – at K11, nobody falsely claims anything they don’t know. On many occasions, teachers would simply admit if they weren’t familiar with a certain topic.
